Q: Where are you located?
A: Our headquarters are in Albany, NY.

Q: Do you have any retail locations?
A: No we do not; all business and ordering is completed at our Albany, NY location.

Q: Do you provide residential or commercial equipment?
A: Both! We can accommodate all orders, large or small.

Q: I ordered a lot of equipment, how much will it cost to ship?
A: Shipping is FREE, on all residential orders within the continental US.

Q: I have my equipment, who will help me install it?
A: We will! Free installation is standard on all local, residential deliveries. If you live outside of our serviceable area, we can arrange installation at an additional cost.

Q: I live in California but you are based in New York, how much will my installation cost?
A: White glove installation service is available at an additional cost. If this option is chosen, we will arrange for one of our trusted partners to complete the installation. Please contact us for a quote.

Q: Does my equipment come with a guarantee?
A: We sell new equipment only and all machines come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

Q: I have broken equipment, can your company help?
A: Each manufacturer has their own technicians on staff to answer your questions, this will be your first line of defense. Because the manufacturer of your fitness equipment has these dedicated service agents, your first call should be to them. Their technicians have immediate access to all model specific diagrams and electrical schematics, therefore they can often help you the quickest. Please see your owners manual for the manufacturers customer service phone number.

Q: My equipment seems ok, but I am not sure, can I call Capital City Fitness to have my equipment checked by a specialist?
A: Yes call anytime, we highly recommend preventative maintenance to keep your equipment in top working order.

Q: I am opening my own facility and am not sure what to order, can you help?
